Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get any body transformation results whilst attending the retreat?
It will be extremely unrealistic and very optimistic to promise any significant body composition changes occurring on the retreat. Having said that, it is not uncommon to leave the retreat a kilo to a couple kilos lighter. The most significant transformation will be on your mindset and your approach to fitness and nutrition.
What will you help me with during the retreat?
The retreat is geared to provide you with the tools and strategies for your future physical and mind transformation journey starting immediately after the retreat. We strongly recommend an intention to start the application of all training, nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle methods presented to you during the retreat, once you are back to your normal working and living schedule.
What do I need to bring with me?
As this is a retreat incorporating training and outdoor beach activities, it is important that you bring couple of training outfits (workout gear) and swimwear. Some warmer clothes for the evenings are recommended, as the temperatures can drop during the winter months, and the mornings and evenings can be chilly (December, January and February)
What can I expect after the retreat and do you offer any support?
We offer support in the form of coaching for people who have attended the retreat and would like additional support. We are available for coaching both online and in-person, and offer different coaching options, as well as membership to our online community.
